and managing partner of M/s. Vipul Kothari & Co, Chartered Accountants. Prior to starting his practice he was associated with
reputed industries and management consultants in senior positions. Since over the decade, Vipul has obtained rich experience in
almost every field of Industry and commerce like Direct and Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Company Law, Trusts,
